Shipping policy
Orders ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS from northeast Tennessee.
Domestic Orders: Shipping rates for purchases at DrGaffneyBestFoot.com are based on the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real time using current USPS and UPS rates to your location. Priority Mail and Express Mail are available to all 50 U.S. states and APO addresses. First Class Mail is available on select items that can be shipped in padded envelopes.
At this time, we do not ship internationally — but this may change in the future.
USPS Estimated Delivery Times:
Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days (not guaranteed)
Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (not guaranteed)
Priority Mail Express: 1–2 calendar days (guaranteed)
Tracking
We use the utmost care when shipping your order to the address you provide. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to USPS or UPS. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we must abide by the carrier's delivery confirmation.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
Yes — tracking numbers are sent via email once your order is fulfilled and shipped.
When Will My Package Ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, except those placed after 12 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend.
How Fast Is USPS Express Shipping?
While USPS Express is typically 1–2 days, it is not guaranteed for next-day delivery — especially in rural areas, where 2–3 days may be typical.
Note: Shipping rates are based on order weight and are calculated at checkout using live USPS rates.
If a package is refused or left unclaimed, you are still responsible for shipping costs. Once the item is returned to us in good condition, we will refund the product cost but not the original shipping fees.
